Let it be Known

LIFE UPDATE! I’m moving to the West Bank After recently graduating from Liberty with an interdisciplinary degree in computational science and language studies, so began the hunt for “what to do next.” I’ve considered many different paths; ever since Tunisia, I knew my passions involve teaching, language, culture, and everything that goes with them. I’ve settled on a long-term goal of working in a diplomatic capacity. In the meantime, I found an amazing opportunity as a teacher in Nablus, Palestine. Some advice, an application, and an interview later, I was offered a job with Pioneers Baccalaureate School in Nablus as a 10th grade math teacher. As it stands, I will be in country by August 14th to start my new job! The contract is for about 9 months, so I will return in May 2020.
